CRM & Collections Executive — Millet Me by Kuizeens

The role: Own order-to-cash — keep the CRM accurate, reconcile it to GoFrugal, and get our receivables collected. Run collections like it's your own money.

What you'll do

- Keep the CRM clean: enter orders/bills within 24h, update when a bill changes, reconcile to GoFrugal monthly
- Collect: one AR ageing (0–30/31–60/60+), chase overdue by phone/WhatsApp, hit a weekly target
- Track order-to-cash: confirm → dispatch → delivery → payment, flag what's stuck
- Report weekly: ageing, collections vs target, top overdue accounts

You're a fit if you have

- 1–3 yrs in collections / AR / sales ops (food/FMCG/D2C a plus)
- Strong Excel/Sheets; GoFrugal or Tally a bonus
- Fluent Hindi + English, comfortable on collection calls
- Sharp with numbers — you notice when something doesn't tie

Pay: ₹10,474.77 - ₹25,000.00 per month
