Job Title: Junior Architect – Revit & Site Execution

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Architect with hands-on site experience and working knowledge of Revit. This role involves regular site visits, execution monitoring, and coordination with contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare drawings using Revit
- Visit sites frequently to verify execution as per drawings
- Identify and report deviations, ensure corrective action on-site
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Assist in quotation comparison and material follow-ups
- Support 3D work (Lumion / 3ds Max)
- Maintain drawings and documentation

Requirements

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- 1–3 years experience with site involvement (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Revit
- Basic understanding of construction and detailing
- Good coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred

- Experience in healthcare or institutional projects
- Exposure to Lumion / 3ds Max

Key Note

This is a site-intensive role.



Candidates must be comfortable with regular site visits, contractor coordination and execution follow-ups.
