Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in transportation, warehouse coordination, inventory management, dispatch planning, and vendor coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of raw materials and finished products.
- Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, warehouse teams, and production departments.
- Maintain logistics documentation including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and shipment records.
- Track shipments and resolve transportation-related issues.
- Optimize freight costs and improve logistics efficiency.
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain stock accuracy.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare logistics reports, MIS, and performance metrics.
- Handle customer queries related to dispatches and deliveries.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations.
- Experience in transportation and dispatch planning.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–8 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain within the manufacturing sector.
- Good understanding of inventory control and transportation management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
