Are you an experienced Executive Housekeeper with a proven track record in luxury hotels, resorts, or wellness hospitality? Join Atmantan Wellness Centre and lead the Housekeeping function while ensuring world-class cleanliness, hygiene, guest comfort, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Housekeeping department, including room attendants, supervisors, laundry, and public area teams.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, villas, wellness facilities, and public areas.
- Oversee laundry operations, linen management, inventory, and housekeeping supplies.
- Maintain NABH hygiene, sanitation, and infection control standards.
- Conduct quality inspections, staff training, and performance management.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering,



Wellness, F&B;, and other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Eligibility

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
✔ 8–12 years of Housekeeping experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or wellness properties.
✔ Solid leadership, team management, and operational expertise.
✔ Knowledge of NABH standards and luxury hospitality housekeeping operations will be an added advantage.
