Work / assist for detailed financial models / multi-asset financial models
Oversee market databases for various real estate asset classes in the respective geography
Carry out real estate market research based on valuation requirements
Work experience – 1 - 2 years preferred but not mandatory
Graduate / MBA / Masters
Report writing skills, articulation, presentation skills
Having valuable analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
Proficiency in MS word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
Budget
INR 4.0 - INR 5 lacs p.a. + variable as per company policy.
