About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will play a key role in building a strong team and maintaining a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Coordinate with hiring managers for role requirements and hiring plans
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
- Manage employee engagement activities and company culture initiatives
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues
- Assist in performance management processes
Requirements
- 5–7 years experience in HR (preferably in fashion/startup environment)
- Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Bonus Skills
- Experience hiring for creative/fashion roles
- Familiarity with HRMS tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
