Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will identify and develop new customers, manage sales pipelines, prepare commercial proposals, and support after-sales follow-up. The role requires engineering understanding, customer focus, and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in industrial, aerospace, defence, and fabrication sectors.
- Handle RFQs, evaluate technical requirements, and prepare techno-commercial quotations.
- Interpret engineering drawings and communicate requirements with the internal technical team.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with customers.




- Follow up on quotations and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Support customer inquiries and after-sales service to build long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries and prepare regular sales reports.
- Attend industry exhibitions and client visits when required.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years sales experience in industrial, engineering, metal fabrication or machining sectors.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Skills

- Experience in selling machined components or technical products.
- Familiarity with materials like stainless steel, alloys, aerospace-grade metals.
- Comfortable coordinating with technical, production, and quality teams.
