Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Architect to join our energetic design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction or renovation of interior spaces, combining artistic vision with practical knowledge of building codes, materials, and structural considerations. This role requires a strong understanding of both architectural principles and interior design aesthetics to create functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environments for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of the space.
- Develop design concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D renderings, using industry-standard software.
- Select and specify finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;), ensuring they meet project requirements, budget, and aesthetic goals.




- Prepare comprehensive construction documents, including specifications and schedules, for contractors and suppliers.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integration and project feasibility.
- Oversee project execution from concept development through completion, including site visits and construction administration to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, communicating progress and potential issues to clients and stakeholders.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies.
