Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform incoming and supplier inspections as per drawings, standards, and specifications
- Conduct supplier audits and evaluate vendor quality performance
- Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO, ASME, or customer-specific requirements
- Review engineering drawings, GD&T;, and technical documents
- Identify and report non-conformities (NCR) and follow up for corrective actions
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Maintain inspection reports and documentation
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure timely inspection to avoid production delays





Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of inspection tools (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
- Good understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Familiarity with NDT methods is an added advantage
- Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of CMM inspection (Zeiss / Hexagon preferred)
- Good communication and vendor handling skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
