Job Description – Store Incharge

Job Title: Store Incharge
Department: Stores
Reporting To: Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Incharge to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, spare parts, and finished products related to Door Frame Metal Detectors (DFMD) and Hand-Held Metal Detectors (HHMD). The candidate should ensure proper inventory management and maintain accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and inspect incoming materials.
- Maintain stock records and inventory.
- Issue materials as per approved requirements.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain inward and outward registers.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, and Service teams.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock reports.
- Maintain store housekeeping and follow safety standards.

Required Knowledge

- Basic knowledge of Door Frame Metal Detectors (DFMD) and Hand-Held Metal Detectors (HHMD).
- Ability to identify metal detector parts and electronic components.
- Knowledge of components such as:
- PCB Boards
- Sensors




- Detection Coils
- Power Supply (SMPS)
- LCD/LED Display
- Control Panel
- Cables and Connectors
- Battery Packs and Chargers
- Ability to identify products using part numbers and model numbers.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and inventory management.

Qualification

- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Store or Inventory Management.
- Experience in handling electronic products or security equipment will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in handling Door Frame Metal Detectors, Hand-Held Metal Detectors, or electronic security products will be given preference.
