Job Description – Technical Lead / Senior Frontend Architect (React.js / Next.js)

CTC: ₹20 – ₹24 LPA

Experience: 7 – 10 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech or equivalent

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Frontend with strong expertise in React.js and Next.js to lead frontend architecture, drive technical excellence, mentor development teams, and deliver high-quality, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with coding, capable of managing multiple client projects, and experienced in stakeholder interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and define frontend architecture using React.js and Next.js.
- Lead end-to-end UI development across multiple client projects.
- Serve as the primary frontend SPOC for clients, handling requirements, solution discussions, and escalations.
- Develop complex, high-impact UI modules with clean, scalable code.
- Optimize application performance using SSR, SSG, code splitting, lazy loading, and Core Web Vitals best practices.
- Establish coding standards, reusable component libraries, and design systems.
- Mentor and lead frontend developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with Backend, UX, QA, and DevOps teams for successful project delivery.
- Ensure code quality, testing, maintainability, and scalability.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 7–10 years of frontend development experience.
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification.
