​What You Will Do (Role Overview):
​Supervise & Execute: Oversee on-site wedding decor setup and ensure everything is executed perfectly according to the plan.
​Coordinate: Work closely with vendors, on-site workers, and our internal design team for smooth operations.
​Quality & Timeline Control: Ensure timely completion of all setups while maintaining the highest quality standards.
​Problem Solving:
Handle on-site challenges and unexpected situations quickly and efficiently.
​What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
​Experience: Prior experience in event execution or wedding decor management is preferred.
​Skills: Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
​Management: Ability to handle teams, labor, and tight deadlines under pressure.
​Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work flexible/extended hours based on event schedules.
