Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer/Consultant to design, develop, and implement Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end HRSD implementations and a solid understanding of HR business processes, ServiceNow development, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
- Participate in at least two end-to-end HRSD implementation projects.
- Configure and customize HRSD modules, including:
- HR Case Management
- Knowledge Management
- Employee Service Center (ESC)
- Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with HR stakeholders.
- Develop and customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development best practices and platform standards.
- Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient HR automation solutions.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery).
- Experience delivering a minimum of two end-to-end HRSD implementations.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Good understanding of HR processes and ITSM.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow HRSD Certification.
- Experience with Employee Workflows and HR Case Management.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
