Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify export and import documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, and other statutory documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners for timely shipment execution.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT guidelines, and other applicable EXIM requirements.
- Track export and import shipments and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Store, finance, QA, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth shipment processing.
- Maintain records of import and export documents for audits and statutory compliance.
- Verify shipping documents for accuracy and resolve documentation discrepancies.
- Coordinate with banks for export documentation under LC, DA, DP, or advance payment terms, where required.
- Ensure timely closure of shipping documentation and maintain shipment MIS reports.
- Assist during internal and external audits related to EXIM documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
