- Effectively manage Program delivery expectations and cultivate positive relationships with Stake holders, System Integrator, and SAP team.
- Proven track record of effectively managing large-scale SAP implementations, with a particular focus on S4/Hana & other cloud solutions
- Oversee and monitor the complete process, project design, effective program implementation in S/4 modules, post-implementation support, and roll-out.
- Manage the program’s status, metrics, issues, and risks, and supervise the overall completion and approval of program deliverables.
- Supervise the SAP Program from a delivery perspective.
- Responsible for managing SAP programs while adhering to predetermined timelines, scope, quality, and financial constraints.
- Monitor and Control the project managers responsible for SAP projects.
