About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage high-rise residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing 30+ storey high-rise buildings, managing large site teams, and successfully delivering projects from inception to handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end execution of residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and final handover.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure project completion within approved timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve technical, operational, and site-related challenges.
- Manage procurement, billing, contracts, and project reporting through ERP software.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory approvals, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare regular project progress reports and present updates to management.

Site & Team Management

- Independently handle complete site operations.
- Lead and manage Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors, and Labour Teams.
- Ensure proper workforce planning, productivity, and discipline at site.




- Monitor employee performance and drive team efficiency.
- Resolve site conflicts and maintain smooth coordination among all stakeholders.
- Create a positive work environment while ensuring project targets are achieved.

Mandatory Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in real estate construction.
- Proven experience in 30+ storey high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
- Must have completed end-to-end project execution, from excavation/foundation to project handover.
- Solid experience in handling large construction sites and manpower.
- ERP software knowledge is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Ability to independently manage projects and site teams.Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience with reputed real estate developers.
- Strong knowledge of project management, billing, procurement, contracts, and construction methodologies.
- Proficient in ERP, MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Result-oriented professional with excellent team management capabilities.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
