Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our e-commerce website, digital marketing activities, and online order operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth website performance, optimize online sales, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings, categories, pricing, and website content.

Monitor abandoned carts and optimize the customer purchase journey.

Prepare product, sales, and purchase performance reports.

Coordinate website updates, redesigns,



and resolve server-related issues with the technical team.

Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

Manage COD orders and coordinate shipments through Shiprocket.

Ensure seamless website operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.

Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms, Meta Ads, Shiprocket, and Microsoft Excel.

Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
