Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Follow up on quotations, proposals, and pending orders.

Coordinate with customers regarding purchase orders and documentation.

Maintain regular communication with clients for order status updates.

Order & Invoice Management

Process sales orders and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with internal teams for invoice generation and sharing.

Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers.

Ensure proper documentation of invoices, POs, and related records.

Customer & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with customers for GRN completion and payment processing.

Maintain customer databases and communication records.

Resolve customer queries by coordinating with relevant departments.

MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Maintain and update Excel trackers and MIS reports.

Generate sales performance reports for management review.

Ensure data accuracy in reports and documentation.

Back Office Operations

Manage sales-related documentation and filing.





Support internal audits through proper record maintenance.

Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams.

Ensure smooth execution of order processing activities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate)

Experience in Inside Sales, Back Office Operations, or Sales Support

Knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage
