Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional to identify redevelopment opportunities and acquire land for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new projects, conducting feasibility studies, coordinating with societies and landowners, and managing the acquisition process from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify redevelopment projects and land acquisition opportunities.
- Generate leads through market surveys, brokers, architects, and local contacts.
- Build relationships with society members, landowners, consultants, and channel partners.
- Conduct feasibility studies, title verification, and project viability analysis.
- Coordinate with legal, technical, and finance teams during due diligence.
- Negotiate commercial terms with landowners and housing societies.
- Arrange and conduct society meetings and presentations.




- Ensure timely collection of required documents and approvals.
- Maintain a pipeline of redevelopment and land acquisition opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and government regulations.
- Prepare project reports, MIS, and regular management updates.

Required Skills

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Valuable knowledge of redevelopment regulations and land acquisition processes.
- Understanding of real estate documentation, title verification, and approvals.
- Ability to build relationships with societies, landowners, and government authorities.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–8 years of experience in Real Estate Redevelopment and Land Acquisition.
- Experience in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
