Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network SME responsible for implementing, administering, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The role involves hands-on execution of network changes, security configurations, troubleshooting, and operational support with strong expertise in OCI cloud networking and enterprise security technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and implement network configuration changes on firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, load balancers, and security appliances.

Provide hands-on administration and operational support for enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

Manage and implement network-level configurations in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure including:

o VCNs

o Subnets

o Route Tables

o NSGs

o Security Lists

o Internet/NAT Gateways

o Load Balancers

Execute firewall rule creation/modification, VLAN changes, routing updates, VPN configurations, and connectivity troubleshooting activities.

Support L1/L2/L3 operational activities including:

o Incident resolution

o Problem management

o Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

o Preventive and corrective actions

Review, implement, and optimize network security configurations and access controls.

Coordinate and execute network activities during planned maintenance windows and emergency changes.

Monitor network performance, availability, and connectivity across infrastructure environments.

Maintain updated network documentation, topology diagrams,



SOPs, and change records.

Provide implementation and operational support for High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) network environments.

Perform failover testing and validate network resiliency configurations.

Collaborate with cloud, security, server, and application teams for infrastructure integration and troubleshooting.

Ensure adherence to organizational security, compliance, and change management processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with:

o Firewalls

o Routers

o Switches

o VPN technologies

o Load balancers

o Enterprise security appliances

Experience in OCI networking and cloud network administration is a plus.

Knowledge of:

o TCP/IP

o Routing protocols

o VLANs

o NAT

o DNS

o DHCP

o Network segmentation

o Experience with firewall platforms such as: Fortinet

Understanding of network security best practices and access control mechanisms. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Experience in handling production incidents and critical network outages.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management practices.

Positive communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications CCNA / CCNP, Fortinet NSE

Experience :

10+ years of enterprise network administration and support experience. Experience in cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure environments preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
