Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their shopping needs.
- Recommend suitable products and explain features, advantages, and pricing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organised.
- Handle billing, cash/card/UPI transactions, and issue invoices accurately.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and report low inventory.
- Assist with receiving, tagging, and arranging new merchandise.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow company policies and support promotional campaigns and store events.
