Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean and analyze large datasets from multiple business systems.
- Develop dashboards and visual reports to track operational and business performance.
- Identify patterns, trends and correlations that can drive process improvements.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights to management and project teams.
- Assist in predictive modeling and statistical analysis for process optimization.
- Collaborate with tech and product teams to understand data requirements and business goals.

Required Skills:

- Strong command over Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib/Seaborn).
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data handling.
- Excellent understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Good understanding of statistics, data cleaning and exploratory analysis.
- Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.

Positive to Have:

- Exposure to machine learning models (classification, regression, forecasting).
- Familiarity with business operations or logistics analytics.
- Experience with cloud-based data tools (AWS, GCP, Azure).
