Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing day-to-day construction activities at our residential project sites. The role demands solid technical knowledge, quality orientation, and hands-on site management to ensure quality and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Conduct quality checks for materials, workmanship, and finishing at every stage of construction.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project managers on timelines.
- Ensure availability and efficient use of materials, tools,



and equipment at the site.
- Maintain proper documentation, including measurement sheets, material registers, and site reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and safety standards.
- Assist in resolving technical issues and providing on-the-spot solutions.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in residential building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing standards, and material quality.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage manpower effectively and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
