The Driver/Guard is a dual-responsibility role, crucial to both the security operations and the guest experience. You will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of guests to and from the airport and local landmarks, while also maintaining a robust security presence to protect the hotel’s assets, guests, and staff .

Key Responsibilities

A. Driving & Transport Duties (50%)

- Airport Transfers: Safely operate the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service to ferry guests to and from Cochin International Airport (COK) 24/7, ensuring punctuality and a warm welcome .
- Guest Transportation: Drive guests to local destinations, restaurants, and business centers as requested or assigned
- Log Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.

B. Security & Safety Duties (40%)

- Patrolling: Conduct regular foot patrols of the hotel premises, including the lobby, parking lots, guest floors, and convention center areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or safety hazards .
- Surveillance: keep a watchful eye on all entry and exit points, parking areas, and public spaces.



Report any suspicious activity immediately .
- Access Control: Manage the flow of vehicles and individuals entering and exiting the property. Verify the identity of vendors, visitors, and service providers .
- Emergency Response: Act promptly and calmly in the event of fire, medical emergencies, or other security incidents, following hotel protocols and alerting the relevant authorities .

C. Guest Service & Support (10%)

- First Point of Contact: Greet guests arriving by vehicle, assist with luggage, and provide a positive first impression of the hotel.
- Information Provider: Answer guest queries regarding directions, local attractions, and hotel facilities .
- Support: Assist the front desk or concierge with errands, package delivery, or other administrative tasks as needed .

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
