- Good communication skills in English .
- Understand client requirements and job specifications clearly.
- Prepare detailed job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic/virtual preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Follow up with candidates .Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure proper documentation and completion of joining formalities.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
