Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and social media
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers
- Assist in creating business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer acquisition
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience:

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
