Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our Chennai team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Chennai's industrial market and be capable of generating new business while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting, EPC, and manufacturing sectors.
- Visit customers regularly to generate enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for order execution and timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain CRM/customer records.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any relevant discipline.




- 3–5 years of field sales experience in industrial products, MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting, valves, piping, or related industries.
- Good knowledge of Chennai's industrial areas and major industrial customers.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within Chennai and nearby industrial locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai District): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
