Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to Coffee Culture's standard recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, taste, and presentation.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service.
- Recommend menu items and upsell beverages, food, and promotional offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area in accordance with company and food safety standards.
- Perform daily espresso machine calibration and ensure beverage quality throughout the day.
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and billing accurately.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients, and report shortages promptly.
- Minimize product wastage by following standard recipes and portion controls.
- Assist in receiving and storing inventory as per company guidelines.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Support café operations during peak hours and work collaboratively with the team.
- Participate in product training and continuously improve coffee knowledge and service skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
