About AIOD

AIOD (All In One Discount) is a leading Shopify app that helps merchants create powerful discount campaigns and grow their business.

Role

We're looking for a proactive individual to own customer support and product quality. You'll be responsible for helping merchants succeed, ensuring every release is thoroughly tested before going live, and building automated QA processes.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries via live chat, email, and support tickets.
- Troubleshoot merchant issues and coordinate with developers to resolve them.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and help re-engage merchants who have stopped using the app.
- Test every feature before release and verify bug fixes.
- Build and maintain QA automation for critical workflows.




- Report bugs with clear reproduction steps and work closely with the product team to improve quality.
- Share customer feedback to help improve the product.

Requirements

- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer support or customer success.
- Experience with software testing and QA.
- Familiarity with QA automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium is a plus.
- Shopify or SaaS experience is preferred.
