Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage and grow brand presence across digital platforms. This role is primarily focused on content, strategy, and client handling, along with a working understanding of paid campaigns for coordination and execution support.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn,

Facebook, etc.)

● Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals

● Write engaging captions, ad copies, and content hooks

● Coordinate with designers for static creatives, reels, and campaign posts

● Ensure timely posting and scheduling of content

● Handle client communication, feedback, and approvals

● Act as a point of contact for clients and ensure smooth execution

● Assist in ads planning (content, creatives, copies) and coordinate with the

performance team

● Monitor engagement (comments, DMs) and maintain brand tone

● Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement) and share reports

● Create AI-assisted copies and content ideas using tools like ChatGPT or similar

platforms

● Leverage AI tools for creative ideation (visual concepts, hooks, variations for

posts/ads)

● Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and viral content ideas

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,



Communications, or related field

● 1.5–2 years of experience in social media management (agency preferred)

● Strong skills in content planning, copywriting, and brand communication

● Experience in handling multiple client accounts

● Basic understanding of Meta Ads (for coordination and content planning)

● Familiarity with AI tools for content and creative support

● Excellent communication and client handling skills

● Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Skills:

● Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite

● Understanding of content trends, reels strategy, and audience behavior

● Basic knowledge of hashtags, engagement tactics, and content optimization

● Creative thinking with attention to detail
