Department: Sales
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, quotations, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and CRM/ERP data accurately.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation.
- Assist the sales team in achieving business targets by ensuring seamless operational support.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution.
- Support sales meetings, exhibitions, product launches,



and other promotional activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, contracts, and sales-related correspondence.
- Generate MIS reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
- Good analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
