Job Title: Plant And Production Supervisor (Pipe Manufacturing)

About the Role

We are looking for 3 dedicated Supervisors to join our production team in Jalgaon. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pipe manufacturing unit, ensuring that production targets are met on time while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise a team of workers on the production floor.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure the production of pipes (PVC/HDPE/other) is consistent.
- Minimize raw material wastage and manage daily production logs.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the staff.
- Coordinate with the plant manager regarding shift handovers and output reports.

Requirements

- Experience:



1–3 years in a manufacturing plant (Experience in the pipe industry is a major plus).
- Education: 12th Pass, ITI, or Diploma.
- Age Limit: 35-45 Years
- Skills: Basic mathematical skills for counting/measuring and strong leadership abilities.
- Availability: Ability to work in shifts (Day/Night).
- Location: Candidates from Jalgaon or nearby areas are preferred.
