Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor MERN/React development teams.
- Review and ensure high standards of code quality, architecture, and
- performance.
- Take ownership of end-to-end development using React.js, Node.js, Express,
- and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with designers, backend teams, DevOps, and QA to drive project
- success.
- Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning and task
- allocation.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while promoting best practices.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and align development with business
- goals.

Required Skills

4–6 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDBExpress.jsReact.jsNode.js). Proven experience leading frontend or full-stack development teams.



Solid proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)React (HooksContext APIRedux). Expertise in RESTful APIsmicroservices architectureand API integrations. Solid understanding of database design and MongoDB performance optimization. Experience with GitGitHub workflowsand CI/CD pipelines. Good knowledge of DevOps practicesdeployment strategiesand cloud platforms (AWSAzureor DigitalOcean).

Additional Notes

Experience with Docker, Nginx, or serverless architecture. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha. Experience working in Agile environments and related tools (e.g., Jira). Understanding of performance optimization and scalable system design.
