About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Strategist cum Videographer who is passionate about storytelling and content creation. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for visuals, fresh content ideas, and hands-on experience in shooting and editing engaging videos and photos for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative content ideas and strategies for social media platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photographs.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, and content formats.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content campaigns.
- Write creative captions, hooks, and content concepts.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
- Manage content production from concept to final delivery.
- Organize and maintain media assets and content calendars.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in videography, content creation, or a similar role.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about content creation and social media.
- Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Basic knowledge of photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
- Experience with DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and smartphone videography.
- Understanding of social media algorithms and trending content.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in creating viral short-form content (Reels, Shorts).
- Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects is a plus).
- Photography and lighting skills.
- Ability to independently plan and execute creative shoots.
