Operation Blessing – Gurugram, India

Operation Blessing (OB) India is seeking an experienced Finance Executive to maintain accurate documentation of Operation Blessing India’s expenditures, maintain books of accounts and assist in preparing financial reports, tax deductions at source, bank reconciliations. She/he will assist with audits, and, the preparation of balance sheets, comply with statutory regulations.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications

Essential Requirements:

- Graduate degree in accounting and at least 3 years’ experience of handling organisational accounts in a recognised medium to larger organisation
- Knowledge of computerized accounting packages
- Ability to work effectively in teams as well as independently
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Robust analytical ability
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi

Desirable qualities/experience/skills:

- CA (Inter)
- Knowledge of Quickbooks Accounting package
