- Drive order booking and revenue growth in the C&I; solar sector.
- Target factories, warehouses, hotels, hospitals, and commercial complexes.
- Manage end-to-end sales from prospecting to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify prospective industrial and commercial accounts via cold outreach, channel partners, and energy consultants.
- Techno-Commercial Proposals: Coordinate with engineering teams to conduct site feasibility, load profile analysis, and ROI/IRR calculations.
- Client Negotiations: Pitch CAPEX, OPEX, and RESCO/PPA structures directly to CFOs, plant heads, and business owners.
- Relationship Management: Build solid referral networks with local industrial associations, equipment vendors,
and electrical consultants.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting using CRM software.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Commerce; MBA in Marketing or Energy is a plus.
- Experience: 3 to 10+ years of B2B industrial or renewable energy sales experience.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of net metering, open access regulations, and solar financing structures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, and contract negotiation abilities.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
