About the Role

Adroit Design India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Commercial Interior Fit-Out Supervisor to oversee and coordinate interior construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in corporate office interiors, commercial fit-outs, and turnkey interior projects, ensuring quality execution, safety compliance, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site execution of interior fit-out works.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Interpret and execute drawings and specifications accurately.
- Monitor quality, progress, and productivity at site.
- Plan manpower and material requirements.
- Coordinate civil, interior, MEP, and finishing activities.
- Prepare daily progress reports and work updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements.
- Verify measurements and assist in billing processes.
- Resolve site-related issues and maintain project schedules.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design (Preferred)
- ITI or equivalent qualification with relevant experience may also apply.




- Ability to read and understand construction and interior drawings.

Experience Required

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects.
- Experience in corporate offices, IT parks, retail stores, hospitality, or commercial interiors.
- Strong knowledge of gypsum partitions, false ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, glass works, and MEP coordination.

- Site supervision and team management

- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
