Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including import/export documentation, reporting, and coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with supply chain operations, and the ability to ensure smooth and compliant logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and documentation
- Manage and process import and export documentation in compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal departments for smooth operations
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for tracking supply chain performance
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation using Tally and MS Office tools
- Support audit processes by maintaining proper documentation and records
- Monitor inventory and shipment status to ensure timely delivery
- Identify and resolve operational issues in the supply chain process

Mandatory Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in Import & Export processes
- Working knowledge of Tally software
- Experience in MIS report preparation




- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of audit processes and documentation
