- Bachelor's Degree or Master‘s Degree in Technical Discipline (Must).
- Experience of 3 years (Must).
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Linux/Ubuntu based environments.
- Experience with virtualization VMware/Cisco Hyperflex/Hyper-V/Cisco UCS
- Experience with monitoring systems/NMS
- Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
- Hands on experience of supporting Operational activities & troubleshooting in all areas of Windows/ VMWare
- Understand performance monitoring and be able to produce performance reports.
- Proactive management and monitoring & troubleshooting operational issues.
- Experience of working in controlled Data Centre environments.
- Maintain and update complete documentation related to operational tasks
- Virtualization - VMware, Cisco UCS/Intersight/Hyperflex & Microsoft Hyper-V
- Producing technical documentation and working with OEM support on technical issues
- Effective Soft skills for better communication with stakeholders (Government Client/OEMS/Internal Management)
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
