Responsibilities

- Welcome and seat customers in a friendly manner.
- Present menus and explain dishes when required.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve basic concerns.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Follow restaurant service standards and company policies.

Requirements

- Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil; basic English is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with good grooming and hygiene.
