We are looking for a committed, creative and highly organized professional to work as the Founder's right hand, leading studio operations, production, product development and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day studio operations and production.
- Manage, train and mentor technicians, volunteers and new hires.
- Ensure quality standards, production targets and inventory management.
- Develop premium handmade paper products with a solid aesthetic sense.
- Coordinate procurement, workflow and studio activities.
- Coordinate and develop relationships with Stakeholders and other departments
- Maintain production records and guide the team in using digital tools and applications.
- Support workshops, visitors and continuous process improvements.
Desired Profile
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Presentable,
confident and professional personality.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Creative with an eye for design, aesthetics and product development.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace and mobile applications.
- Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently.
- Background in Product Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, Textiles, Crafts, Manufacturing or Operations preferred.
Commitment
Candidates should be willing to make a minimum commitment of 5 years and grow with Aditi Handmade Paper Studio.
