Job Title: Application Support & Release Engineer (Technical Maintenance)Job Description

We are looking for an Application Support & Release Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our mobile application. The ideal candidate will monitor application health, identify and analyze technical issues, coordinate with developers to resolve bugs, perform end-to-end testing, and manage the application release process. This role is responsible for delivering a smooth and high-quality experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor application performance, crashes, and system health.
- Analyze error logs using tools such as Firebase Crashlytics.
- Reproduce, investigate, and document bugs with clear technical details.
- Coordinate with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes.
- Perform manual, regression, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Test APIs using Postman or Thunder Client.
- Validate data using basic SQL queries.
- Prepare release checklists, release notes, and deployment documentation.
- Coordinate app releases on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Monitor production issues after deployment and escalate critical incidents.
- Maintain issue tracking and technical documentation.

Required Technical Skills

- Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile applications.
- Firebase Crashlytics, Analytics,



and Performance Monitoring.
- REST API testing using Postman or Thunder Client.
- Basic SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Manual testing and software QA concepts.
- Git and GitHub basics.
- Understanding of app release and version management.
- Basic knowledge of HTTP status codes and API debugging.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Jira, ClickUp, or Trello.
- Basic understanding of Node.js, PHP, or backend APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.

Role Objective

Ensure that every app release is reliable, secure, and bug-free by proactively monitoring the application, identifying issues early, validating fixes, and supporting seamless production deployments. This role serves as the technical bridge between customers, QA, developers, and product operations.
