- Have a good understanding of web technologies, mobile application, offshore software services model.

- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- 2+ years of experience in Business Development in IT industry.

- Experience in lead generation for IT services.





- Experience in Mobile Technology, Internet Marketing and Web Portal,Internet Research and Data mining.

- Good knowledge of Social Portal for lead generation(Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin etc).

- Good PR and relationship building skills.

- Good analytical skills, communication (verbal and written), and presentation abilities.

- Positive documentation skills related to proposal writing.
