Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright, Personal Insurance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in analyzing system logs and monitoring tools to identify root causes.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and scripting to support application stability.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly for diverse audiences.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Playwright.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
