* The Executive Accounts (Real Estate Drafting) will primarily be responsible for drafting real estate legal documents such as sale deeds, agreements for sale, and related contracts in English and Hindi. The role will also involve maintaining records, assisting with property documentation, and supporting the accounts team with necessary administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.

* Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, draft, and review legal documents related to real estate transactions, such as sale deeds, agreements for sale, lease agreements, and rental contracts in both English and Marathi.

* Ensure all documents are accurately drafted with proper legal language and in compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.

* Perform accurate typing tasks in English and Hindi for preparing the required legal agreements, ensuring they are error-free and clearly formatted.

* Maintain and update records of 7/12 extracts, property documents,



and other related paperwork in Excel.

* Print required real estate documents, including sale deeds and agreements, ensuring that all necessary attachments are included.

* Educational Qualification:

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

* Experience:

* Fresher or 1 year of relevant experience in legal drafting, real estate documentation, or accounts support.

* Experience with property-related documents like sale deeds or agreements is a plus.
