Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
- Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, contests, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, industry trends, and best practices.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of content planning and campaign execution.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative mindset with robust organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
