Key Responsibilities
· Client Acquisition: Pitch valuation services to banks, housing finance companies, legal firms, and corporate asset owners.
· Lead Generation: Find new business through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
· Market Research: Track local real estate price trends, demand shifts, and competitor pricing to support appraisal teams.
· Promotional Campaigns: Run digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote the firm's credibility and appraisal services.
· Relationship Management: Maintain solid ties with builders,
brokers, and financial institutions for repeat business.
Required Skills
· Communication: Clear speaking and negotiation skills to deal with high-net-worth clients and corporate buyers.
· Real Estate Knowledge: Basic understanding of property markets, land laws, and asset pricing methods.
· Target-Driven: Ability to meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Should be an MBA from a reputed college. (MBA+B.E/B. Tech) will get advantages.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
