Roles & Responsibilities:

- Troubleshooting technical issues including hardware asset troubleshooting and Cloud VOIP Platform.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults including any hardware issues like- RAM upgrade, SSD upgrade.
- Resolving network issues.
- Prior experience in Access Provisioning, CRM Software
- Maintaining hardware inventory stock.
- Familiarity with Google workspace (G-Suite).
- Installing and configuring hardware and software including formatting laptops.




- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, desk side support, resident engineer or a similar role.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.

Other Requirements:

- Minimum qualification- Graduate or diploma in relevant IT domain
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Be available for on-site support during agreed-upon hours/days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
