Duties & Responsibilities:

- Acquiring current clients and managing and retaining such relationships by delivering best standard of services

- Activating dormant clients

- Making outbound calls & Calling leads generated through Digital Marketing

- Contacting existing clients and pitch new investment opportunities to them

- Understanding the problems and challenges of clients and identifying clients resolution process

- Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business

- Achieving Targets as assigned by the company on a monthly/quarterly basis

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate in any field

- Experience in stock broking company or mutual fund

- Good telecalling skills

- Must be able to convince customers to convert leads to sales

- Excellent Communication Skills in Gujarat & Hindi. English will be an advantage

- A confident and determined approach.

- Resilience - and the ability to cope with rejection.
