About therole The Post-Closing CD Specialistis responsible for reconciling the final version of the ClosingDisclosure (CD), including any post-funding revisions, to ensureaccuracy, compliance, and data integrity. This role plays a keypart in delivering secure, timely, and compliant mortgagedisclosures while maintaining detailed documentation within theLoan Origination System(LOS). Responsibilities Developand maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s LoanOrigination System(LOS)Review and ensureaccuracy and data integrity for the issuance of the ClosingDisclosure and LoanEstimate Reconcilepost-funding revisions to ensure customers receive an exact recordof their mortgagetransaction Maintainaccurate records of communications and actions related to thedisclosure process within the loan file conversationlog Maintain service levelsand adhere to regulatory timelines for completion and delivery ofdisclosures,



verified through LOS trackingsystems Deliver mortgageloan disclosures in a secure and accuratemanner Maintainconfidentiality and privacy of customer and employeeinformation Work overtime asneeded to support business and regulatorytimelines This role has beencategorized as an Office position. “Office” employees regularlywork at the Zillow India office for approximately 80 to 100 percentof their time each month. Employees must live within a reasonablecommuting distance of the office.
